Banjaran Asset Management (Cambodia) PLC. (“BAMC”) was incorporated in 2022 and it obtained its fund management license from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (“SERC”) in March 2023. BAMC is the diversified fund management company in Cambodia launched an inaugural public unit trust fund in the Kingdom.
The name “BANJARAN” is inspired by the scenic mountain ranges in the Asia Pacific region as it symbolizes strength, stability and longevity, which also embodies our corporate principles and investment philosophy.

Banjaran Asset Management (Cambodia) Plc ("BAMC") is a joint venture between Banjaran Holdings (S) Pte Ltd based in Singapore, Best Magnet Capital Co., Ltd and Primo Plus Co., Ltd. Banjaran Holdings (S) Pte Ltd and Banjaran Asset Management Pte Ltd (“BAMPL”) are related companies.

Investment Advisor - BAMPL
Singapore-based Banjaran Asset Management Pte Ltd (“BAMPL”) is appointed as the Investment Adviser to selected BAMC funds.
Incorporated in 2014, BAMPL is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a Capital Markets Services license to carry out fund management activities for accredited investors and institutional investors.
BAMPL currently manages around US$6 billion in assets and has experience in managing funds with different investment strategies including listed equities, fixed income, private equities and other alternative investments globally. Its clients include financial institutions, family offices, high net worth individuals and corporates from various countries in Asia and Europe.
